Blog #8 - Building the Platform Local Creators in the 757 Deserve

I made it a point to spend the day networking with every vendor I could, intentionally reaching out to those who I know are ready for what this platform is building. I wanted to connect, listen, and learn — and it did not disappoint.

Stopped first at the Phoebus Market and spent time with some truly incredible creators — Odd Day Crochet, Dmar Clay Designs, Oceans Oasis, and HHC Jenna. Every one of them was so kind, wildly talented, and welcoming. Communities like this remind me why I do what I do.

Then it was off to the Krampus Market in Hilton Village, where I jumped in to help JB with the cider and wine tent. Beyond helping out, we were able to really reconnect on a meaningful level, and I can truly say our future is bright.

I also got to meet and chat with so many amazing vendors: The Artificer’s Archive, Nerding Out Studio, Silent Orchid Studio, Plushii Kawaii, Spooky Fox Creations, and Starlight Dice.

Extra shoutout to Nerding Out Studio, who surprised us with an extra gift for Monkey because they know how much he loves their dragons and lizards — that meant more than you know.

The market was absolutely packed and incredibly well-marketed by JB and her team.

Talking with all the vendors and spending time with JB left me feeling even more excited, inspired, and amped for what the future holds.

I’m working extra hard behind the scenes to get the backend built just right — for the people who absolutely deserve a place to shine, grow, and be celebrated. ✨
